I love espresso and am very particular when it comes to the quality and taste, so when we moved to Cabo I made it my mission to find the best. Here is a list of my favorites:

#1 A’rido Coffee Community

A’rido, Cabo San Lucas

I frequent Arido the most often since it is closest to our condo and let me tell you… it is delish. Their espresso rivals those from some of my favorite coffee shops in NYC. The owner knows his stuff and is a true coffee connoisseur. I buy ground coffee for our house from here and it is hands-down the best selection I have found in the area. The shop is indoors with no outdoor space, but it is very cute and I have seen people hanging out and working there.

#2 Coffee Lab

I love the vibe at Coffee Lab. It is a co-working space with a comfy outdoor patio. I would probably spend a lot of time working here if we lived closer, but it is in San José del Cabo and I live in San Lucas (about 50 minutes away). Their coffee is solid and they have some good food options too. It is a local gathering place and every time I go I end up meeting some really interesting people.

#3 Doce Cuarenta

Doce Cuarenta is another great spot if you want solid coffee with a pleasing aesthetic. They have locations in CSL (Cabo San Lucas), Todos Santos and La Paz. I have been to all of them. The Todos Santos location is huge, but CSL location is my favorite. It has a nice little outdoor space and feels more intimate and cozy than the others. They have good food options and also a bar.

#4 Los Tamarindos Coffee Roasters

Tamarindos Coffee Roasters, San José del Cabo

Tamarindos Coffee Roasters is Located in downtown San José del Cabo, it is affiliated with Tamarindos Farm to Table restaurant. Their coffee roasting company features coffee from their farm in Costa Rica. It’s a very relaxing spot in a convenient location.
